REALTOR® | Luxury Properties Specialist
Working in Westside
real estate and development during the last 18 years has given Diana Kassabian
a broad depth of experience when it comes to selling luxury homes—expertise
that in her case, builds neatly upon insights gathered over generations.“My great-grandfather was a builder,”
says Diana. As a child, construction was all around her, and when she saw her
parents build a house in four months, she was hooked. “It had such an impact on
me,” she says.
During the last seven
years Diana can be found at her sunny Pacific Palisades office, helping to
deliver more than $100 million of residential real-estate salesannually. Diana’s focus is on helping
clients understand every twist and turn of a real estate deal—and making sure
they’re comfortable with the process, no matter how complex the transaction.
Another is helping buyers envision their ideal home, then putting her design
and building background to work in order to bring their vision to reality.
But it’s her
welcoming approach—spirited, optimistic and friendly—that one grasps in an
instant, and clients rely on to quell nerves as she shepherds them through
what’s often the biggest financial transaction of their lives. “I have answers
for clients,” Kassabian says modestly, “and I think they appreciate that.” Her
geographic focus includes the Westside and often goes well beyond, based upon
what a client might need. “I’ll go wherever my clients need me,” she says,
pointing out this flexibility is a must given that clients range from local Los
Angelenos to those from around the globe.
Home is the
Pacific Palisades, a place that reminds Diana of the small town on the French Riviera where she grew up. “I’m very
much part of the community,” she says of her longtime California address, where
she spends non-working hours with her family and three sons who keep her active
in local sports and school events. “Cooking, traveling and spending quality
time with my family are the balance to a career that I love because at the end
of the day, real estate is all about helping people,” Diana points out. “My
favorite moments are when a client and I have crossed a hurdle or completed a
sale, and they’re happy. My client’s happiness is everything to me—and signals
to me that I’ve done my job.”
